主题：企业社会责任履行存在同群效应吗？——基于商帮文化视角

讲座摘要：本文从商帮文化视角出发，以2010—2020年884家中国A股上市公司为研究样本，回答了企业社会责任履行是否存在“同群效应”这个核心问题，并对商帮文化特质差异以及同群效应“学习机制”进行系统分析。研究发现：不同商帮文化背景下的企业社会责任履行存在“同群效应”。从商帮文化特质差异看，内陆、沿海、崇商和固本商帮的企业社会责任履行是存在同群效应的，而轻商与革新商帮则不存在。同群效应学习机制遵循“先内后外”“优等生模范”和“追赶者倒逼”式学习规律。本文的研究为传承和创新中国传统商业文化，以“社会责任”协同创新引领企业家和人才的培育，助力中国经济的高质量发展提供了企业战略层面和政府政策层面的参考。

主题：The integration of digital economy and real economy on strategic technological innovation of enterprises: Evidence from China

讲座摘要：Promoting strategic technological innovation in enterprises holds excellent significance for actively cultivating strategic emerging industries and future industries and expediting the formation of new productive forces. Integrating the digital economy and the real economy provides a new perspective for enhancing strategic technological innovation in enterprises. Using panel data from 1514 A-share listed companies in China from 2011 to 2021, the integration of the digital economy and real economy is empirically investigated for its impact on strategic technological innovation in enterprises and its transmission mechanism. The results indicate that integrating the digital economy and real economy has a notably positive effect on strategic technological innovation in enterprises, and this conclusion remains valid after robustness testing. The mechanism test suggests that integrating the digital economy and the real economy promotes strategic technological innovation in enterprises through the quality and diffusion of technological innovation. Heterogeneity analysis demonstrates that the positive effect of integrating the digital economy and the real economy on strategic technological innovation is more prominent in private enterprises and technology-intensive enterprises. This study reveals the strategic technological innovation effects stemming from integrating the digital economy and real economy, offering valuable insights to developing countries on selecting diverse innovation pathways to achieve economic catch-up.
